Hello Lovelies!
I’m trying to use my textured polishes more, and I came up with this watermelon design! I started off with a base of Sally Hansen Sugar Coat Pink Sprinkle, and then I went in and added the green rind. Then I just used a small brush and Wet n Wild Wild Shine Black Creme to add the seeds. I would’ve killed to use topcoat to smooth out the rind, but that would defeat the purpose of using a textured polish.
Maybe using a matte drying polish wasn’t the best of decisions…
I finally got a good camera setup going, so I filmed a quick little tutorial on how to create these nails! You don’t have to use a texture polish, this would look just as cute in cremes or shimmers!
Would you lovelies like to see more tutorials like this? Let me know!
