Hello Lovelies!
I have another Lady Queen Beauty review, today I’m using these Floral Skull water decals that I was sent for review. I only used 5 nails worth of the decals for all ten nails of this mani, they don’t skimp on the number of decals!
I started with a base of a Forever21 crelly, added the decals, then sealed them in with Out The Door Top Coat. I love how bright and colorful these decals are, they really pop!
