I’m re-swatching an old favorite, but mattified! This is two coats of Sally Hansen Insta-Dry Petal Pusher with a coat of Pure Ice Frost Finish Matte Topcoat. This is a pastel strawberry milk pink creme, it has a great formula (works good for stamping too), and sometimes I can get away with one coat! I love using this as a base for stamping and patterned nail art.
