I seem to be on a roll with these hair posts lately, haha. I’ve finally found something that I can put my hair up in a bun with besides my trusty spin pins! A couple weeks ago the lovely Elizabeth (she’s an independent consultant for Lilla Rose), asked if I’d like to review and give away a Flexi-Clip to my readers, and since I love trying out new doodads, I jumped at the chance!
The Flexi-Clip is a beaded wire clasp that’s shaped like a figure eight, they’re actually made of piano wire so they’re very sturdy! I’m wearing the Antique Brass clip in extra large, they come in tons of different sizes so they’ll work for thick and thin hair. I found this handy tutorial for the twisty bun I’m sporting, and this youtube channel is full of pretty ways to use them.
I wore my hair up in this bun all day and it didn’t budge an inch, and it was comfortable to wear too, I just hate it when I get the perfect looking bun but I have a pin poking me somewhere and I have to undo it and start over.
It came in the pretty paper sachet below, I thought that was a nice touch!
