Clean & Dry Makeup Brushes in 20 Seconds Flat?!

Hello!

I am one of the worst people out there in regards to keeping my brushes clean. I don’t wear a full face of makeup anywhere near as often as I used to a year or so ago, but I’m still really crappy at remembering *coughbotheringtocough* to clean my brushes…..
This nifty device may be changing up my bad habit, this can actually clean and dry a brush in under 20 seconds; hand on my heart it isn’t clickbait!
This was surprisingly fun to use, I was also shocked at how fast it spins! I used roughly a teaspoon of baby shampoo with warm water to clean the brushes. If you watch the video above you can see a brush immediately after I remove it from the cleaner, I’m impressed by how bone dry the bristles were even after being soaked!

To give you an idea of how fast this thing gets, I snapped a pic of one of the first brushes I cleaned,  as you can see from the picture below it was completely flattened out from the speed. This is from the brand Kesouli; I have a strong feeling this is meant to be a knockoff of the StylPro cleaner that was making the rounds this summer, and I’m perfectly fine with that, because fifty bucks is just too much, enough said.

The only brushes I couldn’t fit into the rubber caps were my skinny unicorn brushes, and that’s probably a blessing in disguise because they came from a super cheap shop and I’ve already had issues with shedding, so the “spin cycle” would’ve definitely spelled their doom. It works amazingly on big powder brushes, but not so much on anything really small or with tightly packed bristles like a concealer brush, which makes sense since it’s relying on moving the bristles around and not actually using any friction to get the job done.

What’s your preferred way to clean your brushes? Let me know!
